Open a modal dialog directly from a byline module in Confluence

      In Forge, byline links currently open a small inline panel beneath the link.

      We request the addition of functionality to open a large modal dialog, similar to what is available in Connect.

      This feature is crucial for the usability of our apps and poses a significant blocker to our Forge migration.
