Allow a Forge JQL function fragment from a custom JQL function to invoke another custom JQL function

      Allow a Forge custom JQL function fragment to invoke another custom JQL function.

      Currently if we return a JQL function fragment from a custom JQL function which invokes another custom JQL function the system ignores the last function.
