      The "Define" term feature does a great job of finding and allowing you to update the definition of terms.  But it does not allow someone provide an indication that the has a defintion.  Some terms mostly Acroynms are automatically underlined with a multicolored bar.  It would be great if this feature was enhanced to.

      1) Allows conflucence page authors to turn on underlining of the word in the project.
      2) control the color of the highlighting
      3) Provide a glossary function that will list all the defined terms in a project.
      4) Provide a AI automation to find synonyms and allow the page author to automatically replace the synonyms with the approved term.

            Define is an excellent feature for our acronym loving business in coding.
            There is however no point in defining things if users don't know what has been defined.
            No one is going to mass highlight text, click define and hoping for a definition.
            This is more accurate in the AI age we are now, when everyhting in confluence is summarize, searched by Rovo or made into a podcast.
