When multiple directories exist (Crowd and Internal Directory), public sign-up should have a dropdown box indicating which directory to add "customers" to.
I cannot afford a 5,000 user Crowd server license the cost is just way beyond the realm of reality. I don't want customers created in my crowd server anyway!!!!!
Jira Service Desk customers should either
a) be created ONLY in the INTERNAL directory
or
b) specify which directory to create customer users on the configuration tab
