Currently when we enabled JIRA with SSO, we can only use Crowd users to authenticate.
That will require at least two application restarts in case we have any problems with the Crowd directory configuration since we'll need to disable SSO to use the internal administrator to fix the Crowd directory and reenabled it back again to confirm the change fixed the problems.
It would be great if we could log in with the internal users, even when using SSO.
