Problem
In the old portal view, the latest comment was placed in the upper part of the page, so it was easy to find the latest comment with a tag on it. In the new portal design, the latest comment is placed at the end of the page along with the comment box, like it is from inside Jira.
Suggested resolution
Ability to choose which order the comments will have in the portal view.
