Problem

In the old issue view, the comments order was configurable in Jira > Jira Settings > System > General configuration > Advanced Settings > jira.issue.actions.order. In the new issue view, this setting doesn't work.

Suggested resolution

Ability to choose which order the comments will have in the issue view.
