      Thank you for your feedback on this feature.

      We are marking this issue as closed because it is a duplicate of JSDCLOUD-8484 which has received more traction. We suggest voting and watch the ticket there as the source of truth.

      Our customers have requested the ability to sort comments in the customer portal request view by newest to oldest, or vice versa. Having to scroll down through a large number of comments, rather than having the most recent comment at the top as it used to be, has been described as highly inconvenient.
