Description
Issue Summary
From the System Settings, despite the Product Recommendation turned OFF it still shows the app recommendations to the users.
Steps to Reproduce
- Jira Settings > System > General Configuration
- The Product Recommendation is OFF with no way to edit it.
Expected Results
The new apps should stop getting recommended under "RECOMMENDED FOR YOUR TEAM" section of the Apps menu item dropdown.
Actual Results
The apps are still being recommended under "RECOMMENDED FOR YOUR TEAM" section of the Apps menu item dropdown.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
Turning off the Product recommendation from the link https://admin.atlassian.com/s/<site-id>/billing/addapplication?requestproductoptout=false also does not work.
