    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

As an admin , I would like to have the ability to remove the tab "Discover" and other products option from the Switch to tab. Please refer attachment. We do not want to see "More atlassian products" under this Discover tab.

[CLOUD-11352] Allow admins to remove the "Discover" and other products from the "Switch to" tab / application navigator

Just remove it... will be much easier than making it configurable. Please.

            And:
Any reason its not added to your own Jira instance?

Our company is in a constant migration and build-up to Atlassian Cloud products. We want to bring Atlassian products to employees step by step. Giving users discovers and ideas of other available Atlassian platforms all at once makes things go out of hand, causes confusion and creates delusion within the company.

Let administrators restrict the general product access and access requests, completely.

Our organisation uses ServiceNow for ITSM but Confluence is recommending we use Jira Service Management. Not good. Come on Atlassian, start listening to your customers!

Had to come back to this ticket because I am just loving that Jira project admins who want to create a Component are prompted to TRY COMPASS FREE to create Compass components.  the default view in Components is toggled to a Compass advertisement, not the Jira work you need to perform.    ::cries in admin::

Gonna add a +1 in here to allow this feature to be customizable so it can be removed.  Adds too much noise, confusion, and headaches, and just makes the admins want to search for a completely different product....

I cannot see any justifiable reason for taking away a feature that is used by everyone multiple times a day.

Since when has Atlassian needed a justifiable reason for taking things people use away?

Today I see that our Cloud instance has been updated to remove the customisable items in the “Switch to” menu. Is this related to the user research mentioned above? Not only do we have to tolerate a menu with a list of Atlassian products we don’t use in this menu, Atlassian have now removed the one thing we used it for: shortcuts to key areas or our system, including various Scrum boards and backlogs. Why?!

Even though it’s hugely frustrating, I sort of get why Atlassian is so slow with adding requested features/enhancements, but I cannot see any justifiable reason for taking away a feature that is used by everyone multiple times a day. What on Earth is going on?!

This only confuses our users. I as admin am VERY ANNOYED by this crap.
