Allow the option to disable Project Toolchain

      User Problem

      I would like to not what are essentially advertisements for products that we do not own.

      This relates to the Project Toolchain in the Jira Project Settings.

      Suggested Solutions

      I would like to not see product recommendations. If we feel that we need something then we will look in the marketplace. It is not relevant, it is a distraction and not a value-add.

      Current Workarounds

      Other in product advertisements can be disabled, but not in Toolchain
