When managing the list (administrator) we are not able to hide some specific applications, like Trello and Bitbucket.

We are able to add new links, but it is not possible to hide/delete applications.

The management page states:

Linked applications are automatically configured in the application navigator for you, and you can't delete them

Kindly review and add the option to hide these default/Atlassian applications.
