At the moment, SLA goals can be created using hours and minutes (eg. 4h 30m). If you want to create a goal which is a few days, you still have to use hours (eg. 168h for 1 week).

It would be easier if you are able to use days or weeks to create a goal (eg. 7d or 1w).

Hi, I can only see hours as the SLA goals I am allowed to enter. How do I access days or weeks? Is this still only available in the server version?
