As an Admin I would like to force users to only use the Customer Portal to create issues

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently there's no way to force users to use the Customer Portal - they can still create issues normally. Please enhance the product to provide a configurable option to force users to create issues through Customer Portal.
