      Issue Summary
      Customer would like to be able to Add images next to their welcome page in Service Desk as well as redirect Service Desk to their own customized home when the Help desk button is clicked.

      Step by Step

      • Customer has designed their custom welcome page.
      • They would like to either have a link that helps redirect to their custom designed welcome page or edit the existing Help Desk to link to their custom Welcome page.
      • Secondly, customer would like to have the ability to add an image to the Welcome Page, however this is different from the icon that is available in Service Desk > Project > Setting > Portal Settings
        • They want the image to appear only on the Welcome Page right nect to the welcome to signify the product.

            I would also like to always have the "Details" of a ticket at the top of a JIRA SD issue rather than the "Activity" comments. Can Atlassian do this? 

            I logged https://support.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-238209 and was told this was not possible.

            I'm sure many people would support this. For long tickets where there are multiple comments, the details of the actual problem get lost and if you have to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page.

            Hi Ismael,

            As suggested we renamed the help center (as you can see in the attached screenshot) and adding a link into the helpcenter description to make the second click more prominent).

            I understand that it is not that easy to create a generally useful user experience for the "My request" section but maybe you could make it more configurable? E.g. we would like to be able to add our own filters instead of the predefined three filters (All, Open, Closed, https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSD-1294) and also be able to add custom buttons (which can consist of a button text, maybe an icon, and a url the button points to once clicked - no rocket science but if they appear right to the filter selection, they would improve the user experience for our customers a lot.
