Current behaviour
Currently there is no way to set an announcement banner or message in the header per Service Desk.
Expected behaviour
We want the ability to set headers/announcement banners for notifications or messages to the end users per Service Desk (not the same for all).
User case
- I am a Service Desk Administrator for Project XYZ, and I need to create a Customer Portal page and include the message (and more markup), "Some of our staff is on vacation, please note that service levels are longer".
- John visits the customer portal page and sees that message.
