NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.
Problem Definition
When a JIRA Service Desk has a linked Confluence space as a knowledge base, users can search for articles within the space using the search bar.
However, in the case that the user either A) doesn't have anything in particular they want to search for or B) simply wants to read the documentation for the product, then this search bar isn't useful.
Suggested Solution
Provide a link either to display all FAQs or the documentation directly to the linked Confluence space. It could be a button in the portal, or a request that will pop-up a list when clicked.
