Problem Definition
Currently, the knowledge base pages will only listed once the customer search it.
Suggested Solution
It will be best if the KB pages listed in Customer Portal. Maybe create a page in Customer Portal to list all KB exist for that project.
Why this is important
Some end user wouldn't know what to search, by listing it out will make things easier for the end user.
