    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Problem Definition

When a JIRA Service Desk has a linked Confluence space as a knowledge base, users can search for articles within the space using the search bar.

However, in the case that the user either A) doesn't have anything in particular they want to search for or B) simply wants to read the documentation for the product, then this search bar isn't useful.

      Suggested Solution

Provide a link either to display all FAQs or the documentation directly to the linked Confluence space. It could be a button in the portal, or a request that will pop-up a list when clicked.

We were under the impression that this already worked. Could be a dealbreaker.

We also want this feature. Same as David above, we have a library of how to videos and articles and search is not always the most effective way for them to find the content they need.

            We would like this too!

We have a library of "How To" videos and customers want all of these listed and easily available through the portal rather than searching randomly and hoping you find them all using the search.

Yes, i want this too. Would be even better if you can keep the page structure.

YET AN OBVIOUS AND ESSENTIAL FEATURE That Atlassian is not even considering after 2 years of clients asking for it...
I Hope it will not end up like JRASERVER-1391 that has over 2000 votes without even being considered by the dev team... (Maybe they are waiting for it to celebrate its 18th birthday ?)

We would like to see this very soon also, it's assumed to be default for most of Admins/Users!

It does not seems to be logic to not be part of Jira x Confluence integration!

We need this, too, in the server version!

We think customers should be able to browse our KB just like any other online documentation service.  We assumed this was default behavior as well!

This is a feature we really need so that customers have a single point to go look for what they need without needing to know how to search for it.  No reason to not have a link to the full Confluence KB Space on the main portal page.  I assumed that was the default behavior until I got this setup just now...
