Customize search results with a knowledge base

      You provide self-help resources with a knowledge base for your customers.

      We'd like to customize this function.

      • The number of search results
        • Now 3 results are displayed, we'd like to set the number of results
      • Output per label as search results
        • Now the result output results per page, we'd like to search labels on search box and output per label.
      • Ability to rank KBs and show search result order by rank (it'd be great if JSM could automatically rank KBs)
        • the current default result contains pages recently updated
      • Ability to define the number of characters typed necessary to bring results
