Problem definition:
The user does not have a button, on the Customer Portal, like the Requests button, that should be a link to an FAQ page.
Suggested Solution:
The user needs a button link to an FAQ page and it should be available with the Service Desk requests.
Workaround:
The user needs to use the link option available.
