Problem Definition
When a new issue was created in the service desk project, it will trigger a notification to the customer with the sender name from portal title instead of agent name.
And the next notification is referring the sender name which is correct:

Suggested Solution
It would be great that service desk has an ability to modify the sender name to the user desired name.

Raising a request on behalf of the customer should generate a notification with the "From" from the project's name and not agent's name
