Ability to modify the sender address from the first notification sent by service desk project

      Problem Definition

      When a new issue was created in the service desk project, it will trigger a notification to the customer with the sender name from portal title instead of agent name.

      For example:

      And the next notification is referring the sender name which is correct:

      Suggested Solution

      It would be great that service desk has an ability to modify the sender name to the user desired name.
