As customer , would like to get email notification with images as attachment

      Problem Definition

      Currently , if agent attached an images or files in comment , customer will get email notifications with attachment link that will go to the issue portal . It will be better is the images and files is added to the email as attachment.

      Suggested Solution

      Attached the images and files to the email notifications
