Description
JIRA Service Desk Email notifications only include thumbnail of attachments.
Steps to Reproduce
- Update a ticket (add an image in a comment) in a Jira Service Desk Project
- Notification is sent to the reporter and participants.
- The notification that is sent out only includes a thumbnail of the attachment.
At the moment when customers received notification; they need to be logged to the customer portal to be able to view the images.
What would be great.
If the images were displayed properly in the image body.
