      For users with large Service Desk Queues, the ability to sort the queue on the fly by clicking a column header (as in the Issue Navigator List View) would be extremely beneficial.

            some custom field are sortable and some are not. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-7547 speaks to cascading field. I tried a couple of custom field types and they work for me. So if you have a specific custom field type that isn't working you may wish to open a new request w/ Atlassian Support.

            Unfortunately, yes. For custom fields. I can open a ticket about it if it's believed to fixed though.

            Paige, you can sort issues w/in a queue in cloud now. Are you experiencing something different?

            Please add the ability for us to sort queues by custom fields as well as standard fields. 

             

            I've made a queue that shows which issue is fixed in which version of which component for which organization, but I can't sort the queue by 'Resolved in version' nor 'Organization'. If we could sort tickets by the contents of these custom field it would make writing up patch notes for customer organizations a lot easier.

            I am not able to sort the queue by Organizations, when will this functionality be added?  All other fields in the Open Queue can be sorted by, just not Organizations.

            My apologies...I misstated that. I don't know if you can or can't sort by custom fields. The field I was looking to sort is not a custom field, it's Organizations.
