      This feature has been rolled out. Text type custom fields are now able to be sorted in Queues.

       

      Problem definition

      When adding a column with a text type custom field to a queue, it cannot be sorted on the fly as other field types.

      Suggested resolution

      Ability to sort on the fly for text type custom fields.
