Ability to sort the "Requests" list by different columns in JSM Customer Portal

      Jira Admins can customize the columns available to Customers on JSM Portal "Requests" list, however the work item list can only be sorted by Reference (Work Item Key) or Requester. As a suggestion, we should allow customers to sort by the other columns as well:

      • Type
      • Summary
      • Status
      • Service Project

            Reporter:
            Deleted Account (Inactive)
