In the customer portal, customers cannot sort requests

      When discussing issues with customers using service desk, it not possible for the customer to sort their requests by key for example. The default sort is by latest update. When discussing issue over the phone and updating concurrently, the list gets resorted all the time.

      It would be extremely useful when you could sort using the headers in the request list.
