      Atlassian Update – 21 December 2022

      Hi everyone,

Thank you for your engagement with this suggestion.

I’m happy to announce that we have shipped this feature as part of Jira Service Management Data Center 5.3 release. You can now sort columns in ascending and descending order on the My requests page in your Help center. This way you can adjust the visualisation of the data on the page to your personal preferences, navigate through the data with ease, and find the values you need faster.

Please upgrade to the latest version of Jira Service Management to access this feature.

      Kind regards,

      Charlie

Jira Service Management, Data Center & Server

When discussing issues with customers using service desk, it not possible for the customer to sort their requests by key for example. The default sort is by latest update. When discussing issue over the phone and updating concurrently, the list gets resorted all the time.

It would be extremely useful when you could sort using the headers in the request list.

[JSDSERVER-4326] In the customer portal, customers cannot sort requests
