"Notification Helper" UI disables scroll, places OK off screen

      When an attempt is made to use the Notification Helper to debug a "why is JIRA refusing to send email" problem, a modal dialog appears over the page which is larger than the page as per the attached screen.

      For reasons unknown scrolling of the screen is disabled, and so it is impossible to reach whatever "ok" or "cancel" buttons that might allow the user to continue.

      This renders the Notification Helper less helpful.

      Workaround
      Resize/Maximize the browser window to view the complete content of the dialog.
      Put it in fullscreen mode if maximizing doesn't help.
