"Link" window doesn't fit in smaller resolution.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to the System Display Configuration
2. Set the Resolution to 1280x720 and confirm the changes.
3. Access JIRA and open one of the issue
4. Click More > Link

Expected Result:

• Just like another Pop-up window like Create issue, the window will resize itself and the "Link" button is clickable.

Actual Result:

• The width of the window is more bigger that the screen and it is not possible to scroll.

Notes:

• Tested on Windows 7 using Chrome, IE, Opera, and Firefox.
• Resolution of 1366x768 is having the same problem.

Workaround:

• Like any other browser feature, Zoom Out the browser display by Holding Ctrl + Mouse Scroll Down or by the browser menu.
