Summary

Working on Macbook air with the native resolution 11.6-inch (1366 x 768) or Macbook Pro, the link button is just outside of view and could not be scrolled to select. The same is happening on the Permission Check section.

Environment

JIRA on Chrome.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step1:
   Open an issue on JIRA;
   Click More > Link

1. Step 2
   Open an issue on JIRA;
   Click on Admin > Permission Check.

Expected Results

Be able to scroll the page.

Actual Results

There is no scroll.

Notes

This is happening only on Chrome.

Workaround

Change the browser zoom.
