Link Issue dialog is off the screen under certain circumstances

Application Link's Pop-up window's button is off the screen under certain circumstances

Environment in which this was reproducible

• Windows Server 2012
• Firefox esr 38.2.0
• JIRA 6.4.7
• Resolution 1024x768

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any JIRA Issue
2. Click More and then Link
3. The Application Link Popup will open

Expected Results

The whole popup (Modal) should appear within the browser

Actual Results

The bottom on the popup gets cut off the screen

Notes

• Customer faced this in the following condition:
  • Resolution: 1366x768
  • Firefox 38.1.0
  • RHEL 6
  • JIRA 6.4.9
