In the old issue view, there was the ability to sort the order of the sections/tabs of 'Activity,' such as comments and history.

I am adding this image so that this ticket is not confused with JRACLOUD-5443 Store comment sort order in user profile (which refers to the order of the contents of those tabs):

  - Ascending
  - Descending
  - Thumbnails
  - List
