Issue Summary
When email addresses are added to the suppression list, it is needed to contact Atlassian support to provide the list and clear current occurrences.
Workaround
If you think an existing user's email has been placed on the suppression list, we recommend creating a Support Ticket with us. For a quick resolution, please include the affected user's email address in your message.
For new users (who have not yet logged in for the first time) clicking the Resend invite link will remove the email from the suppression list.
