      Our business would benefit greatly by having automation rules for organizations on all 'if' conditions like Comment Added, Issue Created, Status Changed etc.

      ie. Alert Organization

      Or alternatively an automation rule that allows for Users and Organizations to be added as watchers.

      This is essential because many of the Service Desk requests we receive require notice to other organizations within the company. While users can add them manually, there is human error and once an organization is added, unless members add themselves as participants, no further notifications are sent.

      Related feature requests:

      • In automation, we do have an option to send emails to Reporters and request participants but not organization members
      • Find reporter's organization with exact e-mail address
      • Setting organization using reporters domain should support domains other than .com when setting organization based on email
      • Allow automation rules to identify organizations that request participants are in -
