Hello,

We are conscious of the possibility to "use reporter's e-mail domain" to match an organization.

However, as some of our customers have the same e-mail domain of a conglomerate but separated entities, this functionality creates confusions and even automatically adds users into organizations to which they don't belong.

So we would like to have an exact match or customisable Regex match of user's e-mail address to retrieve the organization. In the case that a user is within more than one organization, it would be great if automation rule creator could define a rule for choosing one of them (e.g. 1st organization found in alphabetic order or latest added organization, etc.)

Il would be even better if organizations could be considered as a parameter of a profile.
