Issue Summary
Currently, JQL metrics will refresh every ~24 hours. Customers would like the ability to force this refresh manually and/or set a different refresh frequency so that their Compass metrics reflect their current issue state more accurately.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
We are creating 'release readiness' Scorecards that will be using metrics such as "unassessed defects". On of our process requirements is that we can not have any unassessed defects at the time of release. We would need the metric to be accurate and up to date (like if a defect had been logged within the last 24 hours) and ideally to be able to be updated once the defect is updated (and the JQL query results have changed in Jira).
Please reach out if we can provide any more information! We really want to use this functionality and to expand our usage, but the 24 hours refresh means effectively that the metrics can not be relied on at all to be accurate.
