Display non-production deployments (e.g., DEV and TEST environments) in the activity view under Deployments, as they are currently omitted.

      This feature request COMPASS-83 was originally created to ensure that deployments from all environments, including "Testing" and "Development," are visible in the UI.

      While we have always ingested deployments from these environments, only "Production" and "Staging" deployments were shown in the component activity view under the Deployments section.
      Currently, "Testing" and "Development" deployments don't appear under Deployments but are instead grouped under Other Events. This creates inconsistency and makes it harder to track non-production activity in the same way as production deployments.

      The request is to enhance the deployment mapping so that deployments from SCM tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, and GitLab across all environments, including "Testing" and "Development" are consistently displayed in the Deployments section, just as they are for "Production" and "Staging."
