      As part of a Gitlab integration via the Forge App, currently it requires the Owner role for Group Token as part of the Gitlab integration. This is seen as risky to give a token with owner role to all of their SCM Tool via a token.

      This request is to explore the possibility to remove the requirement of requiring a Owner Role for the Gitlab Group Token.
