Currently, contact methods for alert notifications in Compass are fully user-controlled, including the ability to enable "Do Not Disturb" mode.
We would like to request the following functionality:
Admin-Enforced Contact Method: The ability for administrators to define and enforce a single contact method (e.g., phone call only) for alert notifications, overriding user-configured preferences.
Disable "Do Not Disturb" for On-Call Users: An option for administrators to prevent users from enabling "Do Not Disturb" mode while they are on-call, ensuring they remain reachable during active schedules.
