      Currently, we are able to Brand the Customer Portal of a Service Desk Project where we could choose our own Logo. Hence, it would be useful if we could brand the Main Portal as well. Some screenshot below;

      • The Main Portal
      • A Service Desk Project's Customer Portal after Branding:

      Notes:
      1. Due to the Main Portal could not be Branded, the My Request page would not follow the customized look of a Customer Portal as it holds Requests from another portal as well.

      2. The Customer Profile theme is also affected, in which it will follow the theme from which it's redirected to. For example:

      • from Customer Portal -> click Profile: the Profile theme inherits the Customer Portal's customized theme
      • from My Request -> click Profile: the Profile theme inherits the My Request theme, which is the default theme

            [JSDSERVER-816] Ability to "Brand" The Main Portal

            Hello,

            I created this plugin: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.prontop.service-desk-landingpage/server/overview

            It may help you customize the Service Desk Landingpage/portalspage, such that you can add different information/html/macros, and even a categorized view of portals. Check it out

            It may help on the problem you describe. I'm open to implement features you need, e.g. like i18n macro constants!

            best regards from Pronto Plugins

            This is crazy that this is not supported. Why would I run a helpdesk with atlassian's branding on it.

            I ve got the same problem here.
            I want my customers to see my customization logo and information when they are on main portail or in theirs resquets tickets.
            It seems to be logical to have the same customization on all the support portal.

            Thank you.

            The Help Center should be the landing page for Customer Portal users so they log on and are delivered to their list of requests and a link to select a request type for a new submission. From a service approach, the Help Center page is the primary service and should be branded and customised including calling it something other than "Help Center" (or Help Centre rather).
