      By now I've found no way to customize or even translate the Help Center page (../jira/servicedesk/customer/portals). This makes it impossible for us to roll out SD to our customers.
      We need a customization of colors, logo, headline (Jira Service Desk), title, texts & links

            It may help you customize the Service Desk Landingpage/portalspage, such that you can add different information/html/macros, and even a categorized view of portals. Check it out

            It may help on the problem you describe. I'm open to implement features you need, e.g. like i18n macro constants!

            Yesterday i have made a big live presentation (3 hours) to my superiors of the JSD and Confluence.
            Today we use Synexys as a ticketing solution for helpdesk, and we want to switch to JSD.
            At the end of the presentation someone asked me if it is possible to add (and keep visible all the time) a message on the Customer Portal page e.g.: Welcome USERNAME
            In Synexys we have this on the welcome page and also our Username it's displayed on every page.
            I have searched a lot on the net... NOTHING! I just cannot belive i'm the only one who need this function....

            I'd also like a way to include/exclude public portals from view on the portal selection page (/servicedesk/customer/portals). Some public SD's may not be relevant to customers of private ones.

            This would mean direct traffic into a specific portal would be required and avoid them being 'stumbled upon'

            This is really important. Current customer portal is rudimentary. Most of the times search doesn't detect knowledge base articles unless complete key is entered.

            Bump. Need a way to not list all other service desks from the "Help Center" /portals page. Seems a strange approach. Can't use this as is.

            Customization is key. We also need a way to remove or apply a label filters to the top level "Summary" portion of our Service Desk. I don't want the entire KB searched in that field. I'd like to limit the searching there.

            We've put a hold on switching to Jira Service Desk, simply because we're unable to customize the 'Help Center' screen. Please fix!
