      Values for SLA metric are blank in Printable, HTML and CSV export formats

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Issues > Search for Issues
      2. Include SLA metric fields as columns
      3. Filter issues that have values for SLA metric fields
      4. Click Export > Printable or HTML (Current Fields) or even CSV

      Expected Results

      SLA values get exported.

      Actual Results

      SLA values are blank (not exported):

      This behaviour was not present in some previous versions (tested with Service Desk 3.11.1):
