    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

We are switching over to JIRA for our support tickets and we would like the option to be able to use a 0-10 because "1-5 scales doesn't yield sufficient diversity in the data to enable key optimal driver analysis".  Also 0-10 is the scale we currently use for NPS and all of our reports and historical data are on that scale.

I realize that currently CSAT offers a 1-5 scale, but we need 0-10 and we would also like to be able to customize the text for each rating (which has been requested by other people in JSD-3436 and JSD-4002).
