Problem Definition
Only JIRA Agile , have the feasibility to set "Original Estimate" time . Then , it will be running to count how many hours or minutes remaining . However , there's no options to add the field to JIRA Service Desk customer portal.

Provide option to add "Original Estimate" field to Customer Portal
