      Problem Definition

      Only JIRA Agile , have the feasibility to set "Original Estimate" time . Then , it will be running to count how many hours or minutes remaining . However , there's no options to add the field to JIRA Service Desk customer portal.

            The issue service request usaully rely to a new developpement request from a customer. And as such might require some extra billing. 

            The only way to communicate the cost of this request to a customer using the Jira portal, is by filling out the estimate in hours. 

            Because of this situation (this field is not accessible in the portal) my costumer cannot approve the estimate directly in the portal.

            We are using change request with approval workflow for our customers, it's important that they can see the estimated hours for a change issue type.

            we would love to have this available in JIRA Service desk so that we can put an original estimate on Service Requests.
