      Problem Definition

      Only JIRA Agile , have the feasibility to set "Original Estimate" time . Then , it will be running to count how many hours or minutes remaining . However , there's no options to add the field to JIRA Service Desk customer portal.

      Provide option to add "Original Estimate" field to Customer Portal

            To the original submitter: Have you looked at SLAs?  Do they do what you want? 

             

            I have a use-case for this.  We have some standard ticket types where we pretty much know how long the task is going to take.  We'd like to be able to add these as "Hidden Fields" to the customer portal.
