Description
After JIRA Service Desk trial license is expired, issues cannot be created in JIRA Core or JIRA Software
Steps to Reproduce
- Install JIRA Core and JIRA Software with a good license
- Install JIRA Service Desk with a trial license
- Wait for the trial license to expire
- Attempt to Create Issue in JIRA Core or JIRA Software
Expected Outcome Issues can still be created in JIRA Core and JIRA Software
Actual Outcome Issues cannot be created in JIRA Core and JIRA Software
Workaround
In order to not affect Jira Software, please remove the JSM license from Admin > Application Versions & license. Without the expired license, the ticket creation by licensed users will not be affected.
